This was amazing. We took the technology of IBM Watson, paired it with the ability to scrub willing participants’ social data, and projected the information in a digital environment that gauged the relative confidence level of every user.
We then rated users against each other and provided the ability to improve their numbers through social interaction. These scores went a step further. Users also had the ability to enhance the overall presence of their respective teams. When you mentioned your team on your social channels, their presence elevated as well.
