On Vuse I was tasked with launching a new product through a 360 campaign. After creating a new series of brand assets, I made designs in multiple channels to bring attention to their new product.
This was amazing. We took the technology of IBM Watson, paired it with the ability to scrub willing participants’ social data, and projected the information in a digital environment that gauged the relative confidence level of every user.
We then rated users against each other and provided the ability to improve their numbers through social interaction. These scores went a step further. Users also had the ability to enhance the overall presence of their respective teams. When you mentioned your team on your social channels, their presence elevated as well.
This was fun.
I took hold of a previous brand design using illustration as the medium of conversation for TD Ameritrade’s social channels. I used the previous guidelines to improve and enhance the social media presence of the brand. I found the balance that worked best to improve TD Ameritrade’s relationship with their social networks.
I then established a look and feel that continued for the length of the campaign. I then instructed and directed a larger creative team on how to replicate the style of the work and watched it evolve.
I like to draw. I’ve adapted to multiple illustration styles and I am proud of my versatility in digital illustration techniques.
The Green Room is a location created to serve as TD Ameritrade’s setting to have conversations with their audience. I worked in tandem for the shooting and editing of this project and saw my work come to life through collaboration.
We created spots in this world for broadcast and social media.
For TD Ameritrade, I created a series of animated units for various communications. I like to animate—this was really fun.
These were part of a series for the AD Council to create a culture of awareness for common confusion of the proper use, function, and needs for public service numbers.
The following features social media units that I created for Dos Equis. I was able to create these images using stock photography and through the use pf photo-manipulation techniques.
I spent some time ideating and creating new layouts for the TD Ameritrade homepage. I had ideated several rounds to come to a design that both the team and client loved. This was where we landed and I think it brought a level of sophistication and improved the design, as well as improving the relationship with their users through their web channels.
After creating the theme of “Put your money to work”, ideation lead thinking created a set of images that reflect the concept visually. Through the use of curated stock photography, the portraits on printed U.S. currency, and photo-manipulation techniques—I was able to bring to life what was merely a suggestion.
“Put your money to work.” Get it? I love visual gags.
